Step 11. Using the funnel, introduce the liquid obtained from step 10 and pour it into the disposable container where we had the liquid product of the filtrate from step 8 and let it rest for a minimum of 12 hours.

Step 12. Open a hole in the bottom of the disposable container, to extract the contained coconut water that remained at the bottom and extract the coconut oil that remained in the upper part of the container.

Step 13. Using scissors, cut the disposable container in half to extract the solidified, hydrogenated Coconut Oil.

Step 14. Put the hydrogenated Coconut Oil in a bain-marie so that it changes from its solid to liquid state and can be placed in a wide glass container with lid.

Step 15. Pour the melted Coconut Oil into the wide container with a lid for easy access to the contents.
